Boom Coffee Co aims to provide a unique cafe style experience with our pop-up coffee cart, we started the company in April 2016 with a view to bringing a fresh approach to the pop-up coffee scene here in Perth.
The concept and design of the vehicle was paramount to achieving our goal of being able to serve up a great brew, however we needed a great product to be able to brew and we found that in our Coffee Roaster Leftfield Coffee. https://www.leftfieldcoffee.com/
As well as the coffee, our milk is also sourced locally and complements the coffee perfectly.

It has been a goal of ours to use only local suppliers and this is also where The Cookie Barrel come in, they have a great range of sweet and savoury offerings for us to choose from. We also prepare and serve some delicious offerings ranging from filled croissants and toasted rolls to speciality coconut yoghurts with seasonal fruits.
We established within the CBD at the iconic old Wesfarmers Building, 40 The Esplanade, a great location opposite Elizabeth Quay and Perth Convention Centre.
